JOIN US 

 “Art Together” is a Hong Kong-based non-profit art group annually funded by the Hong Kong Arts Development Council. Art Together aims to reach more diverse communities in a mobile fashion and facilitate the infusion of art into the community by curating art projects and exhibitions at outdoor areas or public space in Hong Kong. Art Together strives to explore the social milieu from an artistic perspective. We seek to provide a platform for both the art practitioners and the public to respond to our surroundings through art creation that is intertwined with the locality’s cultural and historical contexts.

Position:

Project Executive​ (full-time)​
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of full-time work experience in administration, cultural studies, marketing, advertising, or public relations.
  • Experience in arts marketing or a small to medium size NGO will be an advantage.
  • Fluent spoken Cantonese and English as well as good command of written Chinese and English with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Competence in IT including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Illustrator and/or Photoshop).
  • Undergraduate student in any discipline. Art, cultural studies, marketing and environmental studies or relevant work experience is preferred
  • Self-motivative team player with good organizing and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-tasking and prioritise workload. 
  • Nature lover / outdoor vibe will be an advantage.
 
Major Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating and liaising with local and international partners, artists, educators, arts and cultural organizations, schools and institutions.
  • Providing full administrative supports including write-ups, press releases, social media feeds and/or program notes for events/exhibitions, briefing copywriters as necessary.
  • Research and devise suitable financing models and secure fundings and resources to support the long-term development of Project.
  • Conducting research (including but not limited to local and international art programmes) and the team’s planning of new initiatives.
  • To provide full range of administrative and logistical support for the implementation of the programmes;
  • May need to work in designated locations or outdoor according to the needs of activities.
​Working hours: 5 days a week (need to work from time to time according to the needs of activities)
 
Salary: Salary offered will be commensurate with experience and qualification (provide medical insurance, birthday leave, international sick leave day and 7 days paid annual leave)

Position:

Arts Administrator Trainee
Requirements:
  • Hong Kong residents aged 18 or above
  • Interested in art and cultural knowledge
  • Love nature and enjoying outdoor activities
  • Holder of university degree within recent 3 years; completion of a certificate program related to art, cultural studies, marketing, design, tourism and ecology studies or relevant work experience is preferred
  • Proactive, careful, with good execution and organizational skills, team spirit and able to complete work independently 
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • With knowledge of Chinese and English typing, Microsoft Office, MS WORD, EXCEL, etc.
  • With knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, SketchUp, AutoCAD is better
 
Major Responsibilities:
  • Providing full administrative supports including data entry, filing documents, procurement and maintenance of office equipment, stationery, and supplies
  • Drafting proposal, working schedule and report
  • Organizing and promoting different types of art projects
  • Assisting to develop promotion materials including press releases, videos, digital marketing content and activities
  • Update social platforms and website regularly
  • Simple design work and video processing
  • On-site and material management
  • May need to work in designated locations or outdoor according to the needs of activities
Working hours: 5 days a week
(need to work from time to time according to the needs of activities)

Salary: HKD$15,100 per month (provide birthday leave, international sick leave day and basic paid annual leave)
